Sabrina Robinson is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Vino Sabor, Columbia's newest wine lounge centered around curated taste and rich experience. Originally from New York City and now rooted in South Carolina, Sabrina blends a deep appreciation for wine with two decades of executive leadership in healthcare and entrepreneurship. Her wine journey began in 2014 with a simple anniversary gift — a wine subscription that sparked curiosity and later, deep study, leading her to become a certified sommelier with aspirations of reaching master level.

At Vino Sabor, she leads wine selection and experience design, ensuring every sip and setting hits the "vibe check." A natural visionary and operator, she co-drives brand development, events, and the mission to make wine approachable, soulful, and unforgettable. She's also a proud wife of 21 years, a devoted mom, and a self-described cheese lover who pairs her favorite Montepulciano with a simple cracker — no pretense, just presence.

Nicole Hendricks Woods

Nicole Hendricks Woods is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Vino Sabor, Columbia, SC's emerging destination for boutique wine, cultural connection, and elevated vibes. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Nicole brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in operations to the hospitality space. Her journey into the world of wine began as a personal passion — inspired by late-night conversations and shared glasses with her sister-friend and co-founder, Sabrina.

At Vino Sabor, Nicole leads the operational side of the business, overseeing contracts and the culinary vision. With a deep understanding of what it means to provide five-star service, she's committed to creating an atmosphere that's both welcoming and world-class. She is a proud wife and mother of two. Her favorite pour? A smooth Petit Syrah paired with a spicy seafood dish — best enjoyed surrounded by good people and even better energy.
